- Upon approval, we'll refund your order and cover your cost of return. To ensure minimal fuss on your end, free doorstep collection of your purchase will be arranged.

How to Return Your Order to Us
- Make sure you've initiated a return request, so we can get ready to process your return.
- If already assembled, please carefully disassemble the product(s) completely and place them back in their original packaging.
- The products(s) must be returned in the same condition as supplied to you with no missing parts.
- We'll collect right from your doorstep.
Terms & Conditions
- Validity Period:
You have up to 21 calendar days to submit the Returns Policy Form for your product order, from the date you received it, based on our tracking records.
For example:
Purchase Date: 1 January 2023
Order Delivered Date: 4 January 2023
Return Policy End Date: 24 January 2023 - Conditions to be eligible for return:
- Original Packaging must be kept intact within the 21 Days to be re-used for the repackaging.
- Product(s) must be dismantled and placed back into the Original Packaging.
- Product(s) must be intact and excellent condition.
- There must be no missing parts.
- Original Packaging must be taped shut to be handed over to the arranged Courier for collection.
- Order must be a direct purchase from au.northday.com
- We do seek your kind understanding that ErgoTune reserves the right to reject any return requests which do not fulfil the terms and conditions stated. - Exceptions / Exclusions from 21 Day Return Policy:
The following are excluded from this policy (non-returnable & non-refundable):
- Shipping fees paid
- Gift Cards
- Redemptions from external promotions. e.g. Credit Card Gift Redemption
- Purchases from external sites and all other 3rd party sites, are not eligible for this policy e.g. Marketplaces such as Amazon. - Damage fees & Deductible fees:
- Up to 30% of purchase value or product value
- Determined after inspection of the condition of returned goods, overall packaging condition, and any other parts relating to the product(s).
- Any applicable damage fee will be deducted from the to-be refunded order value.
- Any applicable damage fee will be clarified in the email for the refund update by our relevant operations team.
- Do note that return requests without dismantling of the product is applicable.
- Do note that any damages found on the products are liable to up to 30% of product value.
