Shipping costs vary by location. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW. We typically deliver in 7-10 working days*. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Exceptions may apply for particularly distant or inaccessible locations.
*EverDesk will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

We're happy to keep your delivery on hold for 2-3 months
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped out. This will be followed by a separate email containing your order tracking link. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a phone call or SMS from the courier.

Got a defective product? Can’t fit the EverDesk in your room? We’ll arrange for a refund or exchange immediately, so long as your request is made within 21 days of your selected delivery date.
